Thanks for writing in. Hm, I'm actually not certain, as this balance looks a little unusual. Does the hook install into the window at the top of the frame, or does it connect to a pivot shoe at the bottom? This will determine what to do next. Just let us know.

Thank you! In that case, this will have to be a custom order. Specifically, I believe you have an S770-26, but with the bottom swapped out for our 62-105 hook. That's what would make it custom in this case. We would also use the 26E stamp, which carries a sash weight of 26 through 30 pounds
