Channel is 26" long 1/2" wide and tall The lock is 2 1/4 long 1 1/4 wide unlocked and 1 3/8 locked. It uses hook not a screw to attach to window.

I'm afraid we do not have a replacement for this balance. It looks kind of like an old, probably discontinued balance. Could you possibly use our Series 795 channel balance as a replacement? If so, we'd have to custom make it to attach at the top with a 15-198 hook. Does that look good to you? Before we begin, I'll need to know the weight of your sash, the width of the "T" shoe, and how many overall you need. I'd also like you to confirm that the metal channel by itself is 26" long. Thanks!

Tom thanks for your help. I think the following will do the job. I need two balances. 2 series 795 option 26 D. The channel is 26" long. 2 15-195 T shoes. The width is 1 1/4" unlocked. And 2 15-198 hooks.

Tom I'm sorry the invoice states the hooks are included. I should have asked if the T shoes are
included.

Yes! These balances include the shoe, hooks, and will be fully assembled and ready to install out of the box.
