Tilt window channel balance

Looking for compatible window balance. Forgot to take a picture, but the top connector is a hook that connects to a hole in the frame

It appears you have the Series 795 channel balance. This balance installs into the window channel with a screw clip. If yours uses a hook like the 15-198, this configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you.

To further review, are you able to confirm that the T-Lock shoe is 1-1/4" wide? Also confirm how many balances you are in need of and I can send over an order link with pricing for your review.
