Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 15-199. This isn't an exact match for your old pivot shoe, but it may be worth considering as long as the thickness and width match. For a new triple coil spring support, see the 15-205. You can reuse the coil springs if they're in good shape as well.
