Traco Patio Door Lock

Question

Hi there, We had new Traco windows installed in 2003, and they are now out of business. The lock broke on our patio door and it looks like your part would fit: SS Multi-Point Mortise Latch and Keeper, Product Code: 82-259.

Do you know of other Traco window owners who have had success with your replacement parts, including which have worked for them?

In Handle 2.jpg, measurement of the hardware is 11.75" top to bottom.

Top screw to bottom screw: 11"

Inner screw length: 4" (which you can also see on the handle screws that have the washers on them.)

The only markings I can find are etched onto the window glass, see Handle 5.jpg.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Traco used a variety of hardware for their doors so it really depends on the original parts your door uses. Our 82-265 looks to be a better match but take a look at the specifications and see if you agree. We also sell the 82-107 lever if you need that. Let me know if you have any questions!
