I do not see a part # but I found a couple #'s on the broken springs. One shows a 5 the other shows a 6. I am looking for the entire part including the housing and tilt mechanism. Thanx for this site!

The window size is 32"wide x 36" tall.

Hello there. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe and 15-086 Coil Housing. This system works with Series 180 Coil Balance springs. For a spring stamped '5', choose the S180-05 5 pound spring. For a spring stamped 6, go with the S180-06 6 pound spring. Let me know if you have further questions.

The 16-024 mounting bracket is what the coil balance springs attach to further up the window jamb. The diagram below shows this.
