It appears you have a 15-199 Pivot Shoe, which uses either 1/2" thick Series 160 springs or 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. Please compare the thickness of your springs to see what you need. I suspect you have the 3/8" ones, in which case, for a spring stamped #4, you should go with the S165-4 4 pound springs. You can reuse your old cover if its undamaged; otherwise, consider the 15-205
