Triple coil spring holder for Simonton 2013 window

Hi,
I am looking for a Triple coil spring holder for Simonton 2003 windows. The coils and pivot shoes seem to be in good condition so I would replace only the holders.

The current holder is about 4-5/8 long.

I included 3 photos. The entire broken assembly, a good coil holder and the sticker in the window.

What would you recommend I use for holder. In case I need to replace everything please let me know the part number of the other parts I should use also.
