This is a trapezoid shaped window that has broken hinges, rusted latch and extending hardware. Truth 3154 is stamped on one part.

It's tough to be sure without seeing the base, but your operator is similar to the 39-315 and 39-316. We also offer the 39-509 and 39-510.

We don't carry an exact match for your keeper, but the 38-276 and 38-277 are similar. Review the specifications of these parts compared to your original hardware.
