Do you have this part? It is a right hand operator and I believe the color is gold and it is kind of a gold / greenish tint color. Part number on the arm is 31850. I bought the house new in 2008 so these are about 10 years old. Do you have / can you get me an exact replacement?

It's difficult to say for sure what you need without seeing the entire operator out of the window, including the link arm; but that product code has been associated with our 39-315 and 39-316, so start by comparing the dimensions of these operators to your old hardware to see if they match. For a new handle, see our 39-205.
