Truth is marked on the bars, but I could not identify the model number.  Hopefully the photos including measurement will help you with identification.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 39-013 and 39-014 Truth operators to yours. The base is a slightly different shape but that is just a stylistic change that was made over time. Thanks for posting!
