Truth Casement Window Replacement Hardware

Hello,
I have six casement windows (three right, three left) that have problems with the operators. For the most part, the issue is that the arm falls out of the track on the sash when attempting to open/close the window. In two of the windows the crank no longer moves the arm.

Photos with measurements are attached. Could you please help me select the correct replacement parts? The original sash hardware appears to be Truth, the windows appear to be Norco. I am not necessarily tied to either of these brands, but would like operators with folding handles if at all possible.
