Truth Dyad Operator like 39-315, only smaller

Do you have a smaller size variant of the 39-315 Truth Dyad Operator? Mine in the attached picture says "Truth" stamped into the underside of the bent arm. The hole spacing on the body is 3", but the straight arm length is only 4" and the bent arm dimension is only 2-3/4" (measurements taken per dimension annotations in the 39-315 product picture).

I found a barely-stamped part number on the linkage arm: 21550

It does - thanks Dave! I wonder why the 39-317 didn't come up in any searches (Google or otherwise), only the 39-315 did. But the 39-317 looks like a perfect match.
