Truth Encasement Window Operator

Truth brand operator needs replacement on the left panel of a bay window. The screw part/mechanism that attached to the handle was loose and came right out after removing from the window.

Yep, definitely sounds like you need a new operator. I recommend our 39-036. This is a newer version of your operator but it should work just as well. We also carry the 39-035 for the opposite side, in case you were interested in that, too.
