I must replace the above referenced part.  It is left side opening.  Which is the correct replacement hardware?  How much is shipping?  Thanks.

I see that you were looking at our 39-035 operator. Every person and manufacturer defines "left" and "right" differently and I'm afraid there's not an industry consistent definition. To determine if you need the 39-035 or 39-036, I suggest looking at what side the gears are on and use that as a reference. Let me know if this makes sense or if you had any other questions.
