Truth Entry Gard dyad operator part no. 30744

Hi there. I need a new operator. The crank shaft has disengaged and no longer works properly. The part number listed on the arm in the picture is 30744. It's a Truth Entry Gard operator and I think it's a dyad 15 series, but I need some help making sure I get the correct part. Can you guys identify this, and do you have it in stock? Thanks.

Hello! This operator appears to be a match for our 39-035. We also sell the 39-036 for the opposite side. Look it over and please reach out if you had any other questions.
