Looking for a replacement for this operator in both right and left hinge side.

User submitted a photo of a window operator.

Tom, Everything was fine with the part was suggested, however the pivot arm is only 4-1/2" long. The part that I have is 5-1/2" long, do you have the unit available with that length of arm?

Hmm... I'm afraid we haven't been able to find anything with that size arm. You have two possible solutions: you could try to adjust the placement of the bracket to which the arm connects, or you could drill off the old arm and place it on the new operator with a 62-014 rivet. I have done this in the past in similar circumstances.
