Question

Hi, I am trying to find replacement parts for my mother's Weathershield casement window. The left side of the window does not open, it feels like the mechanism is slipping when you turn the crank. The only identifying numbers I can see are 31850 and 6D406 on the parts (picture included). The manufacturer name stamped on the parts is Truth. Any advice would be helpful. If you need additional information please let me know. I am looking to purchase replacement parts for this window.

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-315 and 39-316 operators to yours. You'll need to detach one of the arms that connect to the sash to confirm that it matches up to our parts and installs the same way. Thanks for posting!
