Truth Harware casement window operator

Question

The crank doesn't close the window, i believe it is stripped and needs to be replaced. On the arm of the operator is the # 31850. On the underside of the operator the number 012108  00:49 is stamped. There is also a die-cast number between the screw holes - 45251.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your casement window operator reminds me of an older discontinued version of the 39-315 and the 39-316 Truth Dyad Operator. These operators use either the 39-114L non-folding or 39-205 folding crank handles.

You may also need the 39-545 and 39-546 snap-stud brackets.
