Truth Operator

I am looking for a truth crank operator replacement part but the arm that I have is about 11 3/4" and your website shows 7 1/2". Do you have this operator with 11 3/4" arm?

We may be able to help, but there are many different kinds of Truth operators. Can you take a few pictures of your hardware, removed from the window? That will help us find a good match. Thanks!

Perfect, thanks. I would start by looking at our 39-013 and 39-014. The arms are 13-1/2", but they're measured from the center of the guide-wheel to the center of the gear. Double check your own dimensions and see if yours is the same.
