Hello,
I'd suggest starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-013 shown below to your assembly. We also offer the 39-014 opposite-handed version if needed.

We also offer the 36-048 hinge set, which you may need as well, since yours are quite rusted. Take a look and see if the 10" base that attaches to the window sill matches yours. Thanks for posting!
