Truth Split Arm Operator Replacement

See three pictures attached.  First picture shows an operator arm in good working condition. Second picture shows an operator arm that is broken (plate screwed to window broke from handle), Third picture shows the numbers on the back of the broken operator arm (05052003 is date installed May 5, 2003; second number shows 1447, not sure if this is a part number.  Looking for replacement part for this item.
