Truth brand "3084|L" casement operator

This part comes up as a dual arm SWISCO #39-032 & 39-031 respective, which I have received delivery. Obviously, what I needed is a single arm w/ an "elbow". The "forearm (straight)" piece is 4" & the "upper" is 3 1/4" Long. Please help, love the phone customer service while exploring the web site, keep up the great work!
