Truth brand crank handles for casement windows

Hello. My wife and I recently bought a home that has casement windows. And there were a handful of these crank handles that are broken. And we need to find the right replacements. We ordered some from you but they were the wrong ones. Not your fault. It was probably our fault. It's really hard to find the right replacement. Attached are the pictures of the ones that we need. Is there a way to find out if we can get these particular ones? Thank you! CHRIS and Kyrsi

We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we can identify the operator, we can determine which handles are compatible with your assembly.
