I am looking for a replacement casement window opene. The window swings out to the left and is about 12 1/4" wide

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid it's a bit difficult to make out what you need from this photo. Can you show us the entire casement operator removed from the window, from a bird's eye view so I can clearly make out the link arm(s)? That would help narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

Hi Ted. I'm afraid this photo does not help, no. We need to see the entire operator out of the window, with a full view of the arm(s). A bird's eye perspective is usually best. Without that, I'm afraid I can't determine what this is.

Does this photo help? The arms are +/- 4 1/2" and 5"

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm still not entirely sure, as the operator is somewhat obscured; but I think this might be an older version of our 39-035 and 39-036. Go over the dimensions of these operators and let me know if these match what you need.
