I need to replace the left side operator. Attached are photos of the right, which I'm able open, but the left side needs the replacement part. Can you tell which part I need? The operator arm is about 8 1/4 inches to the elbow / bend, then another two inches (approximately)

Thanks for posting! Your casement operator appears to be an older version of either the 39-013 Casement Window Operator or the 39-027E Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator. To determine which of these is the best replacement, carefully double check the dimensions.

I've tagged the opposite version of each of these operators below, along with the other compatible hardware and accessories.

I think you're right on the 39-027E. My current version is more square, but the new version appears to have rounded edges. Is there anyway to get the older, more square edges? I'm looking for the clay color , left side.

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, that is a much older version and it is not available any longer. Our sincerest apologies that we cannot provide you with a replacement in your exact specifications.

Are the covers sold separately from the operator? Would I be able to use the old cover (which is more square) on the new operator, rather than use the rounded, newer cover?

The covers cannot be removed from the operator. That would damage them beyond repair.
