Truth casement operator help???

Need help identify this casement operator... Rh side, stamped with 45136, arm from center gearbox to first pivot is approx 6 inches. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting. See our 39-315; it's opposite-handed counterpart is the 39-316. Compare with your old parts and see if this is what you're looking for.
