Truth casement window operator does not open or close

Truth brand casement window does not open or close. Window also had water damage as well.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you need a new operator, see our 39-316 and 39-315. These are similar in design to your originals, but just check our measurements to make sure they work. We also sell the 39-545 and 39-546 brackets if you need them.

I also recommend checking to make sure the operator is the culprit to begin with. Your hinge looks like it might not be in good condition, and that could absolutely cause the window to have trouble opening and closing. A good way to check is to just try cranking your operator while it's removed. If it cranks without issue, then it's probably fine and can be reused.

For the hinge, one possible replacement option is our 36-048. This will only work if your old base track is the same size as 10", and if you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
