Thanks for writing in! The casement window operator looks similar to an older discontinued version of the 39-014 13-1/2" Arm, Casement Window Operator; the opposite hand is the 39-013. To confirm if this would be a fit for the window, you (or the customer) will need to carefully compare the dimensions shown below.
The operators are compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle.
