Hello,
We need replacement hardware for our window. When we turn the handle to close the window, nothing happens. We think it's stripped.
Please see photos below for your reference.
Handle is about 4-4.5"
Base is approximately 5" x 1 1/4"
Color is white.
There is a code on the hardware inside the window frame 14D800P

The products you sent me look similar, but not exactly like my current hardware. The base is indeed 4 15/16" but the interior hardware on my window looks different from both photos. Please see my previous "Birds Eye view" photo and advise.

Thanks for reaching out! To determine whether you have the 39-253LB/39-253RB or the 39-438B/39-439B, you'll need to confirm how your operator attaches to the bottom of your window. Take a look at the video below for an explanation on how to determine the difference between the two operators.
If it does not match either, I'll need to see a photo of the arms, unconnected from the window.
