From the outside the widow hinge is on the left side. From the inside the hinge is on the right side.

Take a look at the 39-315 and 39-316 Truth operators, 39-114L handle, 39-546, and 39-545 stud brackets. For the hinge, see the 10" 36-004-10 to start. Carefully review the specifications and compare them with yours to confirm a good fit for this repair.

Note that it's best to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
