Truth operator identification

Question

need to replace two window cranks (left an right) from a certainteed bay window.
it's stamped truth on it and the number on the bottom is 31368.the extension arm is 5 1/8" long. need to replace entire unit(window and sill attachment).
can you help or do i need to try to send pics?....pleeeeze say i dont need to send pics....then we r in great trouble.

Pictures would be a great help, yes. When I cross-reference that number, I get a few results for our 39-035 and 39-036, but there is no guarantee that they are what you have. Remove your current operators from the window and carefully compare them to the specs we show for these two operators and see how well they compare. If they are different, though, then we will need pictures.
