I'm looking to try find these parts to fix my windows..I think they were weathershield windows in the 90s

Your operator resembles the 39-315. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours. We also carry the 39-316 opposite-handed version.

As for the hinge, see the 36-048 set. Just keep in mind that you'll need to replace both the top and bottom hardware.
