I believe I need the Truth single arm 13.5 inch but would like to verify.

I agree that your operator resembles an older version of the 39-013. I would recommend double checking the bearing at the end of the operator arm and the overall dimensions to confirm yours is the same. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!

Yes, the arm measures at 13.5, the plastic cover was just over 4 inches. Would need one left hinged and one right hinged operator, both with brown covers. Which part numbers would that be so we can order them. Would our current handles fit the new operators?

Please see the 39-013 and 39-014 for the opposite handed version. Your original handles should fit the new operator, but if you are interested in new ones, please see the 39-114L. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
