My window will open, but won't close. From my research it seems to be a stripped window crank. Just wondering what part I need.

Hello! I agree; based on your description, it definitely sounds like the gears are stripped out. You'll need an all new operator.

Fortunately, we can help. Looking over the details in your photo I would say that our 39-014 is the best replacement option. I think this is a modern version of your older style part. I just recommend reviewing our measurements just to be sure. We also sell the 39-013 for the opposite side.
