Thank you for reaching out to us. Your operator reminds me of the 39-315 and 39-316. As for the hinge, take a look at the 36-004-10 with a 10" base. Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time. 

We don't sell your exact stud bracket, but the 39-514 and 39-513 would be the best we can offer. Note that the 39-105 detach clip is sold separately.
