Truth window operator

Question

I have this window operator on several of my window's in my home that need to be replaced. They are vinyl-pro window's approximately 23 years old. The window's themselves are in great shape just the operator is getting stripped out in the gear mechanism. I could not seem to find the correct length of operator on the web site and the color is also different, but I did see you do offer a color that does look very close. Could you please let me know if you have the correct truth operator in this size and the color match? If you do the threaded hole pattern matches your product # 39-476 it is just not long enough and the color isn't correct.

Thanks for reaching out! Your casement operator seems to be closer in design to our 39-023 Rear Mount Casement Operator; the opposite handed version is the 39-022. To confirm that this is the right fit, carefully look over the dimensions.

These operators are compatible with either the 39-114L Crank Handle or 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle.
