Truth window operators and latches

The operator in your photo looks like a match for our 39-315. I think this is what you need, but review the information on its store page to confirm. The opposite side would be our 39-316 and the handle is the 39-114L.

By latch, are you referring to the lever lock I see in your photo? If so, can you show me a clearer photo of it? It's a little cut off and I just want to be 100% sure I'm recommending the right part.
