Twin Casement Silverline Windows/2900 series

Need to get replacement parts for our twin casement Silverline window. Windows crank out but can no longer crank back in all the way. Part is starting to break apart. Can you help us resolve this matter? Thank you.

Before we can make a proper recommendation, we will need to see the window open where we can see a "bird's eye" view of the operator arms. Thank you!

You have an older GU operator that is no longer made, but we carry the 39-315 and 39-316 that can be used as replacements. Please review the step by step video below that shows how to install and the additional parts you may need. Please let me know if you have any questions.
