35" long 5/8 wide balance, the twist mechanism and the pivot bar . Could you recommend the proper parts could not remove the parts because I need the windows in place and if the parts break it won't fit back in

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 5/8" S600-35 tilt window balance. We also sell the 75-006 charging tool separately.
We're happy to ID the pivot shoe and pivot bar, but we would have to see photos of both removed from the sash, including written-out measurements. For the shoe, we must know the thickness and width specifically.

The pivot bar appears to be 3" long and 1/4 wide. The pivot shoe is 2" long and 1" 1/4 wide.

Thank you! We sell the 15-046, but I don't know the thickness of your old shoe. Ours is 1/2", so you'll want to make sure yours matches this.
As for the pivot bar, the 26-040 comes to mind. This is 3/16" wide, so we recommend double-checking your measurement to be safe.
