Ultra-Lift AF 28-38 balances

Question

We need to get some parts for windows we have at 2350 Geary in San Francisco. From what I have gathered so far (see pictures), we need the Caldwell Ultra lift AF 28-38 balances measuring 28 1/2" in length. The rest of the parts I need some help with identifying. The pivot shoe measures 1 1/4"x 2"x 1/2". The metal piece that inserts into the shoe and attaches to the bottom of the window is 4 1/2x 7/8x3/8. Let me know if you can help us out with these parts. We can supply your Ultralift balances but it will need to be a custom order. We'll need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to send over an order link and price quote.

As for your pivot shoe, take a look at the 15-046 shown below. We can't be sure of the pivot bar that you need while it is still in a piece of the frame but you can start by looking over the 26-040. This pivot bar is commonly used with the 15-046 but the dimensions will be the determining factor, paying close attention to the backset of the installation holes compared to yours. Thank you.
