The window crank on one of the windows is unusable. The windows were installed when the house was built in 2001. I found a sticker with information on a similar window which is on one of the attached photos. I am able to open window by pushing and pulling very hard!!!
What do I need to replace?
Any information greatly appreciated.

If you need new hinges as well, see the 36-048 set. You'll just need to confirm the 10" long base matches your original hinges. Thanks for posting!
