Thanks

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the parts shown in your photos are too damaged to identify. If you could show us the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord of an undamaged balance, as well as an intact pivot bar removed from one of your windows, we can go from there. Than you!

Thanks for getting back to us. We carry the new style Harvey pivot bars, the 26-164. Please compare the dimensions below to see if they will fit in your window sash.

As for the balances, it looks like you'll need the S770 with the 62-105 hook attached, which we can supply through a custom order. Please confirm that the metal channel measures 23" long as well as the number of replacements you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

Looks like those those pivot bars should fit fine. The metal channel is exactly 24" inches. Do you have the pivot shoes too?

In that case, I'd recommend confirming that your window sash falls within the 22-25 pound weight range supported 24D strength options for the S770-24. If so, please verify the number of balances you need.

As for the pivot shoe, see the 15-105 and 15-056 pivot retainer.

Thank you for confirming! We just sent over an order link and price quote for you to review. Before ordering the new balances, make sure to confirm that your originals install with a screw at the top. If they use an s-clip attached to the rivet, let us know and we'll be happy to send an updated link. Also, note that the link only includes the balances. The pivot shoes and pivot bars would be added to your order directly from our website. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.

They are not attached with anything. They are just wedged in the channel.

We see these from time to time where there is a screw on the side of the channel that wedges them in place. If that is how yours install, then you should be good to go.
