Thanks for posting. There is a chance that we can recommend a replacement for the casement operator you are searching for but I'll need a bit more information to confirm.
To start, may I please see a photo of the entire operator. I'll need to see the body of the operator as well as the arm to confirm that we have a replacement we can recommend to you.

Thanks for the photos. We do not carry an exact match for the type of operator you have and it is still a bit difficult to confirm from the photos. However, I believe either our 39-013 (and it opposite handed version part 39-014) might be worth considering as a replacement. Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing operator to determine if these might be a fit.
The compatible non-folding crank handle is part 39-114L.
