Vetter casement window does not close. Gears are either stripped or not meshed together. Vetter window is original with house built in 2004. Pictures are attached. Truth insignia on rail. Part number 14D104 stamped on shorter arm.

Hi there!
The shorter arm you're referring to is the hinge which is a separate and distinct part. For a new one, start by taking a look at the 36-048 to see how the specifications align. You just always want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. As for the operator, it looks like you may have the 39-013 and 39-014 but look these parts over and see how the dimensions compare with yours.
