Vinyl Window Sash Pivot Bar

I have some windows that need some combo of T-Lock Shoes, Channel Balances, and pivot bar.  Some of my pivot bars rusted and broke off still stuck inside the T-Lock shoes.  I have attached pictures of the pivot bar, T-Lock, and Channel Balance.  I think I know what parts I need for the channel balances and shoes (27D Series 795 and 15-195 shoes.  However, my pivot bar looks slightly different that the two models available.  I have attached pics of everything.  Looks like my window only has one screw hole to hold in place the pivot bar, not two, but I think what I will work is 26-366?  Thank you.
