The balance you have here is a custom Series 795 Channel Balance. The reason it is custom is the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment installed at the top of it.

I'm happy to provide you with a quote for the replacements, but I'll need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.

These will have the 15-195 1-1/4" Closed Cam shoe installed to them.
