WHich multi hook lock is this?

Here are the photos. Please let me know if you need more details.
Looks like product codes: 82-259 or 82-239, however, it looks like my measurement from each bolt is around 5 3/8 and not 5 5/8. Also the top slope is different.

I agree that the 82-239 would be our best replacement option for your mortise lock as long as the rest of the dimensions match up to yours. If the distance between the hooks is different, I would recommend replacing the keeper as well with the 82-249. If your mortise lock uses a faceplate to attach to the door frame, we also offer the 82-265, which uses the same mortise body and is also compatible with the 82-249 keeper.

Your handle set resembles the 82-087, which is commonly used with both of these mortise locks. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!
