WINDOW BALANCES AND tilt sash replacement parts

Handy Person from New Jersey, USA
Hi - I need help with ordering replacement balances for 2 different size windows that seem to be manufactured by a company called MW ( I will send pic of logo)- they were provided in a modular home I built in 2006.

in both windows one side of the window balances is broken inside- I have pics with tape measures shown to show the length of the metal case (appear to be 30 and 32 inches) as well as their width ( 9/16 in). I also have several pics showing the broken internal works of the balances. The orientation of the mechanisms is the spring on the lower end attached to a block and tackle above that attaches to a clip that fits into the top of the vinyl window frame.

Also there is a latching part missing from one window that I need to replace. I have included two pics of the existing and the missing one.

I only just realized that I can only attach 5 photos- I have others if more detail is needed

Hello,

Your balance reminds me of the S795 but we would need to see an undamaged assembly fully removed from the window, including the t-lock shoe and metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord, to confirm the correct replacement. There is also a stamp on the metal channel that you will need to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacement balances.

We'll also need to see photos of an undamaged tilt latch removed from one fo your windows, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Hello,

I am looking to purchase (2) of each of these balances with a 15-194 shoe and a 15-198 top hook:

S795-30 option 30B, S795-32 option 32C

Please let me know if you need any other information from me.

Thank you for confirming the balance specifications that you need. We just sent over order links and price quotes for the balances you've requested. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
