WINDOW CRANK HANDLE REPLACEMENT

A home owner from Perry, KS says:
We have a casement window that the splines have worn out on. I am hoping you can help. I believe the window was built by Four Seasons Sunrooms. The window opens to the left if that helps.

Thank you, Angela

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

I'm sure we can help, but you'll need a replacement operator if the spline is damaged on yours. To identify a replacement, we'll need you to open the window as far as it will go and take a picture from above so we can see the arm or arms that move the window. Thank you!

A quick learner from Bathroom says:
Here is the photo you requested. I did see that it says "Truth" on the arm also if it helps.

Thanks for the new photo. Start by looking at our 39-028E and 39-027E. These may be what you need, but you may want to disconnect the arm from the track to confirm that the wheel at the end is the same style. I would also check the arm length, of course.

You'll note ours have a newer elliptical style base. They no longer make these with squared bases like your originals.

Sure, the one in your photos specifically would be the 39-028E.

A quick learner from Bathroom says:
Thanks! Can you tell me which one opens from the right?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Ah, I see. I'm afraid that we don't have an operator like this in that size. The next smallest are our 39-524E and 39-255E, which have 7-1/2" arms. Would that be better?

A quick learner says:
Thanks for all your help. I was ready to go with the 39-028E but the arm on mine is only 81/4" long.
Is there another another one that is my size? It's a small narrow window.
Thanks, Angela
